Some colleges do allow age relaxation. You can consult them. RTM for example does not have any specific age bar you have to find it and get in touch with the university/colleges.

You can directly fill the form and enroll for admission in the college. There is no specific admission criteria to take admission here.

No, along with B.Ed you should also have a valid CTET score, then you can apply for TGT. All the best.

For B.Ed program candidates must have a Graduation or Master degree in Science, Humanities, and Commerce with at least 50% of marks. Candidates with B.Tech/ B.E degree must have obtained 55% of marks with specialization in Science and Mathematics are eligible for admission to the program.
Candidate must be 21 years old.
There is age relaxation of 5% for those who are visually challenged.
