As per today's demand in market, B.Ed is necessary course for both sectors government as well as private. After B.Ed, you can go for PG either MA or M.Ed. This will be beneficial for you. Good luck.

RIE, Ajmer application form for NCERT Common Entrance Examination (NCERT CEE) can be filled online.
The minimum eligibility criteria for integrated BA-B.Ed and B.Sc-B.Ed courses is 10+2 with 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized board. B.Ed programme requires graduation in Arts/ Science or Engineering with 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized university. Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in 2015, 2016 or appearing /appeared in 2018 are also eligible to apply for BA-B.Ed and B.Sc-B.Ed courses. Admission to all the courses is based on the score in CEE conducted by NCERT followed by preparation of merit

WB TET 2018: Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must clear the Higher Secondary Exam/Senior Secondary Exam (or its equivalent 10+2) with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for Reserved Category Candidates) and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed.). Passed from an institution recognized by the NCTE and affiliated to the examination body notified by the NCTE. Or

I would want to say just one thing. Do what you feel you are best at. If you still cannot decide then, think every related aspects. Like what will be your career options if you complete a particular course. Make a table write out the pros and cons and choose the option. It is something that I do, when I am in a dilemma.
