There is no issue in one year gap in your study. You just have to submit a gap year certificate and can do regular B.Ed from any university. Good luck.

Only B.Ed is not sufficient to get a job. One has to clear eligibility test (RTET) also after B.Ed.

Frank answer is it is not possible because for B.Ed, you need to have a minimum 50% in graduation. If you belonging to reserved category candidate, then probably you have fair chances.
