At the same time, you cannot pursue two academic courses according to UGC norms. You will be eligible for B.Ed after the completion of your Master's degree.

Perhaps you know that 75% is the minimum attendance required for each institutional course. You need to fulfil this criterion in B.Ed course also. For distance course, it is flexible. By the way, if you will take admission in regular B.Ed course and will not attend the classes regularly it will be a loss for you.

After B.Tech, you are eligible for B.Ed. In B.Ed all subjects are compulsory for all either he/she is from science stream (B.Sc, B.Tech, etc) or arts stream (humanity, BA, B.Com, etc.)
and for the post of TGT, there is no direct post.

Hi,
If you have secure 55% marks in B.Tech, then you are eligible for IGNOU B.Ed entrance.
This year, admission process had closed for B.Ed in IGNOU.

Hello Deepika,
B.Ed from distance education department of kurukshetra university provide PCP (Personal contact programme) i.e classes schedule for a week in a year most probably in the month of April. And it is compulsory to attend 50% classes.
