Yes, you can apply for B.Ed but firstly, government conducted exam for B.Ed, then you must be get above 50% marks.

Yes, it is not bad to do B.Ed part time. These days, having a B.Ed degree for teaching in school is must. From next year, B.Ed is going to be a course of 4 years. So, it is better, if you take admission for it now. Whatever degree you have, your quality will serve for you and your career. Regards.
