The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. ) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. Fees- Total Fee of Rs. 20,000-25,000
The minimum duration for B.Ed. through distance mode is for two years; however the maximum duration is of five years. The candidates should have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate in the undergraduate programme in any discipline or 55% in postgraduate programme. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.): Eligibility: Candidates should have undergone 10+2+3 (15) or 11+1+3 (15) pattern of study conducted by State Board or CBSE or any other recognized Board of Education. Candidates who have passed 10 and 10+2 standards are also eligible to apply under Open University system.

Here is the academic qualifications requirements for NEET :
Not just the 12th standard qualifiers but the candidates who have different qualifying degrees may also appear in the exam. As listed in the official pdf, there will be several codes to present the NEET Eligibility Marks 2018 for various qualifications.

Eligibility conditions for Andhra University B.Ed Admission 2018.
Academic qualification:
Graduation from Andhra University or any other university. The university must be a recognized one. Marks requirement a minimum of 50% marks for General and 40% in case of SC/ST/BC/PWD category candidates.
