if u show two regular degrees from two different universities it will be rejectd more over u have o face forgery case.but u can do one regular course and one distance course at a time.

in india u can get some private college who takes 50% graduation or post graduation

Yes, you can do B.ed. But, your 12th marks will be considered for the same. It is advised to go for M.ed after B.Sc.

If you have top 5 Ip college then opt for Ip, else you can go to amity although it will be a little expensive

B.Ed. is compulsory if you want to be a teacher, so go for it .All the best.

Due to very high competition no one can guarantee u the even after doing B.Ed. u will get a government job.
To get a government job after B.Com u need to check out for government exams. select few of them rather concetrating on one. Plan Your studies accordingly. Don't be so panic. keep working hard.

DU has a good option however there is an entrance exam
