There are no differences between the two. Every private institute runs according to their own way like cutoff marks for admission, admission fees, etc. But they must conduct the examination under a government-registered university, so it is equivalent with government (regional or central) institutes.

Yes, you can apply for any university or college of your choice which is offering this course. Usually, there is a common entrance test conducted and you will get admission on the basis of your performance in that test.

Yes, definitely after M.Com if you want to pursue B.Ed then it will be of two years. Also B.Ed is a two year training course but some university, college and institute has integrated programme for this course. Like. Regional institute of Education, Central university of south Bihar.

Yes, you can pursue B.Ed. in correspondence from the University which recognized by NCTE i.e. National Council for Teacher Education. For your information, Nanak Chand Anglo Sanskrit College, Meerut is NCTE-recognized.

Hi,
Eligibility Criteria
Trained in-service teachers in elementary education
Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education program (D.T.Ed.) through face-to-face mode.
So you can't pursue B.Ed as you don't have teaching experience.

Hi,
Eligibility: The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. If you fulfill the score, you are eligible to pursue B.Ed.
