Hi,
I don't think that any university provide this sort of facility of doing two courses together. You can look for some other universities like IGNOU for doing your M.Com.

If you have completed your graduation, then you can fill up both forms, but if you completed +2, then you can only fill for 4 year integrated BA B.Ed course.

The criteria for admission for B.ed is 50% marks. You can't do it, if you belong to general category. But, if you belong to a reserved category, then you are eligible.
