If you have done graduation (in any discipline) + B.Ed, you will be allowed to teach up to class 8th.

No, teaching experience isn't a criteria to apply for B.Ed. IGNOU is the best institution for distance mode.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue B.Ed from the criteria mentioned below:
B.Ed: Eligibility:
Successful completion of graduation in any of Bachelor of Arts B.A. or Bachelor of Science B.Sc. or Bachelors in Commerce B.Com from a recognised university
A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation
A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level

Preparation tips for B.Ed entrance exam:
Refer to Basic English books, browse through the topics mentioned above and try attempting exercises related to each topic. Take some online tests. There are many English tests available online that will help you judge where you stand. Develop a habit of reading English newspapers on a regular basis. This will help improve vocabulary. Try learning few new words on a daily basis. Also learn their antonyms and synonyms. This way, you would have developed a decent word bank even before you know it. Regards.
