Sorry, it is not possible to apply for both the degrees at the same time. After Ph.D, you will get a good job in many colleges and universities. So, there is no need to do B.Ed.

JBT is a Diploma certificate teacher training program. This can be done after passing 10+2 from a recognized board. You can directly apply for B.Ed after completing B.Tech.
