Dear Ashish,
According to you should go for B.ed programme in regular mode and Ma degree in distance mode from 2 different universities through that you would get double benefit in terms of knowledge and growth in the end of B.ed programme when you get job in school.

It would be completely depend on you means your interest if you want to join teaching as a carrier then B.Ed. is good.
if interested in sales/marketing then Pgdbm, mba etc.
even diploma in foriegn languages or computer application could provide you good jobs.
