Hi, for IGNOU B.Ed as per eligibility criteria you must have graduate or post graduate degree. There is no mention of D. EL. ED. In the criteria. All students having Bachelor's degree in any discipline can apply for B.Ed.

Yes, you can fill for the entrance of B.Ed. Registration is going on. Eligibility for B.Ed graduate degree in the form there is option of passed or result awqited so you can take that option. Regards
