BJ is Bachelor's in journalism where you'll be taught all about journalism only and BJMC is Bachelors in journalism and mass communication where it'll be a course related to both the subjects and BMM is Bachelor's in mass media where it's going to be all about media only and later on, you can specialize in a particular sector but also, these courses type differ from college to college.

There are a number of universities offering PG and Master's degree courses in advertisement and brand management. You just have to be active from now onwards. Different college/universities start selling online/offline forms from Feb-March. Colleges like IIMC and MUDRA are amongst top college that you can opt for. The cut-off varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cut-off.
