Eligibility for B.Sc biotechnology with subject physics, chemistry and biology only:
But, you can go for B.Tech Biotechnology which is more in technology side of the same domain.

You are not eligible for M.Tech program because you should have B.Tech in biotechnology. But, you can apply for any of these fields according to your education background:
1. M.Sc biotechnology.
2. Microbiology.
3. Forensic science.
4. Psychology.
5. Wildlife science.
6. Environment science.
7. Geo informatics.
8. Forestry.
9. Nanoscience.

There are many countries which are best in biotechnology. Get the list below:
Canada
Denmark
USA
Poland
New Zealand and many more.
Biotechnology is rapid developing field. Many of the private are exploring in it and also heavily investing in this field. It is safe to say that there are ample job opportunities for Biotechnology graduates in private sector.
Government sector too offers job opportunities, but not in the scale in which private sector does.
Research sector in particular is quite lucrative. One may build a rewarding career in this field.
