Jaipur national university is good for B.Sc. Biotechnology. B.Sc. (Hons. ). Biotechnology is a three-year degree programme. In the first two semesters, the focus is on the core subjects of biotechnology to ensure a good grounding in the fundamental concepts. Specialisation is offered in the second and third year. The course contents cover all aspects of the applied and core biotechnology including molecular biology, genetic engineering, plant and animal tissue culture, bioprocess technology, advanced microbial technology, intellectual property rights and patents, industry relations and entrepreneurship, etc. Duration: 3 Years

You have scored qualifying marks for B.Sc biotechnology. For universities like AMU, BHU and JNU you have to give entrance tests while in private institutes like Amity and Sharda you can get admission on the basis of merit.

Even though it is tough to get a seat because of lesser scores in in 10+2 i.e 56%
So We request you to attend the counselling session as it gives you a greater chance of getting a seat

B.Sc. Biotechnology offers a wide area to take up as career. Top recruiting companies that offers various jobs includes area like Biotech firms, Chemical producing firms, Testing laboratories, Pharmaceutical firms, Health establishment and so on. And after completing B.Sc. Biotechnology you can get jobs under job titles like Data scientist, Lab manager, Technical content developer, Lecturer, Researcher, Bio-culturist. The fields are various and you can get a minimum salary of 12000/- to 18000/- monthly very easily, whereas this gets very much increased if you work for a higher firm, and the perk may get up to 3.75 Lacs per annum.
