Below are the entrance tests.
1. The Neotia University (TNU) - Conducts TNU entrance exam.
2. Written Test GATE
3. Amity University Kolkata, conducts their own entrance test hence eligible candidates need to appear for the English language test conducted by the university. There are few other entrance exams for integrated B.Sc. Plus M.Sc. Course.

B.Tech is better as compared to B.Sc, because engineering courses are better that graduation courses.
Isn't it? Well, it depends totally on you but according to me B.Tech biotechnology would be better. Good luck.
