Hello Banhishikha, Yes, You are eligible to apply for Bio Technical Science subject. The IIT JAM exam is organized for the admission into IIT institutes for M.Sc. And integrated Ph.D. courses. The minimum eligibility to apply for IIT JAM exam is that you must have graduation degree with the subject in minimum 4 sem or 2 years.
