If you want to go for M.Sc in microbiology or molecular biology then go for B.Sc in zoology rather botany because in microbiology and molecular biology as there is a great scope.

Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Jaipur provides B.Sc in botany. It is a 3 year course. They provide well- equipped labs and it is a very good college I must say.

The Duration of B.Sc (Microbiology/ Botany/ Chemistry) is three year duration in any Indian university as per UGC Guidelines. You should have HSC as an eligibility for that.
