If a student want to enter Oxford, he should be clear since their high school as the admission in Oxford look for good score in their high school and PG. The university look for students with good academic records, best test results, strong portfolio. Students should focus on the studies with extra related activities to the programs.

Both Oxford and IIT are tough to enter. Both expect students to perform the best in different way. IIT is basically popular for its tough pre and Mains examinations, where Oxford is challenging when it comes to admission, studying, interview, and demands deep concepts and understanding.

International UG students can apply for Oxford through UCAS. The deadlines for UCAS is now closed. Students can fill form till Feb 26, 2026 as UCAS extra deadlines are still available. On the other hand, PG students can fill the application through the application portal for their program. The deadline is different for each programs.

There is no better between Oxford and Harvard. Both universities are popular with global identity. It depends on the students' choice when choosing between the two. Students who want to study programs like Humanities and Science should choose oxford, where programs like Law, Business, and Tech are better in Harvard.

Multiple unofficial sources say, the Oxford law acceptance rate is between 10-11%, whereas it is between 29-35% for Cambridge Law. Both universities are highly selective when it comes to LLm admission. But we can say Oxford is slightly tougher to enter than Cambridge.
