Hi,
Well you can communicate with universities and check if you can continue your Bachelor's degree there. You have to take the SAT or ACT though. Alternatively look for Associate Degrees.

Successful completion of 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects, is the minimum eligibility criteria required to pursue a Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering. One must also pass the qualifying entrance exam of the particular institute or AIEEE, or JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) conducted by the IIT's which will be an added advantage for admission to top institutes. No, you don't need a gap certificate. In the application form, there is a column asking about the reason for the gap. You can write 'preparing for the entrance exam'.

The following are minimum requirements for obtaining drug license or starting a pharmacy in India:

After doing B.Sc chemistry you can go for M.Sc (drug chemistry, analytical chemistry or pharmaceuticals) or you can also consider biotech which are exploding in opportunities.
You can also do MBA (pharma marketing). You can also go for MCA, LLB course or B.Ed.

Scope for higher studies after B.Sc chemistry:
The B.Sc chemistry graduates have many options for their higher studies. Majority of these graduates opt for Master's degree in the same. But they can also choose various specialized areas in this field for the post-graduation courses. Many universities offer the study of chemistry at post graduate and at doctoral levels.
