You should be able to find a college which would accept your grades for an UG course. Eligibility for UG course are as follows:
Eligibility Of the Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] (Chemistry) The minimum eligibility for admission to B.Sc. Chemistry course is 10+2 in science stream (either PCB or PCM).

Either he may go for a job or higher study. I suggest him to do at least PG. It will give him a great satisfaction and respect in the life then if he wants, the best is to go for Ph.D. If he qualifies JRF, he will get INR 12000-14000 as a research scholarship for a maximum period of 5 years until he completes Ph.D. If he wants to do a job then there are vacancies for Bank PO and Staff Selection Commision, NDA, CDS, but don't go for a private job at this stage.

Hello Rounak,
Lateral admissions are given only to the Diploma holders in the 2nd year of concerned engineering branch. It's not given after B Sc.

Hii Namrata, yes you can definitely pursue mass communication no matter what you did in your past. Mass communication course can be pursued at any age and after any course's completion.
