You can't compare a graduation level course and a post graduation course. Still, I will tell you it's you who will be paid, not your degree.
So try to be a better student and then think of salary. SRM will surely provide you a good platform but it's you who has to perform.

Every course and stream has its own benefits. It depends upon the student and that which course he chooses. BCA and B.Sc. IT both are good options, if you are interested in computer applications and all. When it comes to B.Sc. CS, it is a more academic course, which focuses on the theoretical part and hardware-related.

Dear Anubhab,
Generally, universities admit students with 50% in 12th in B.Sc. Computer Science. Try for some good private universities like LPU. If we talk about LPU, it is one of the best universities in the country with 100% placement record. The university has been ranked really high by many external agencies. CS have equal value when compared with IT. But, in CS you will learn both hardware and software and it is more based upon basics. In case of IT, you will learn about applications and software that is its more application oriented. But, I would prefer CS personally.
