They will not give you laptop, but you should be provided the computer system in labs for the programming practice or others. You can learn from labs as many as you can.

You can do that but many colleges take maths as a compulsory subject for B.Sc CS. Check the requirements of the college you wish to go in.

You can do B.Sc Computer Science from SRM University. But SRM is a big university and is a heavy budget college. According to me, you should do B.Sc from a mid-budget college and do your M.Sc or MCA from SRM.

The decision would depend on your long-term career goals. In case you intend to pursue a career on the technical /programming side then MCA will be more suitable. In case, you intend to explore a career in general management then an MBA would be more effective.
