International applicants must provide IELTS or TOEFL scores. But for job related purposes you should check with an immigration agent, an authorized one.

Yes, she is eligible if:
Age: The candidates who are maximum 17 years aged on 31 December 2018.
Gender: Only female candidates are eligible to apply for admission to 1st year B.Sc. (Hons) nursing course at Lady Hardinge.
Educational Qualification: The candidates must be passed in Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination/Indian School Certificate Examination (10+2) or equivalent from any recognised Board. The candidates should have also secured at least a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% marks for the candidates belongs to SC/ST and OBC categories) marks in 4 subjects including physics, chemistry, biology and English.

Admission to all B.Sc courses in DU are done on merit based on class 12th percentage. However, there are few courses that require you to sit in an entrance examination.
So you can check cutoffs accordingly.

Physics and chemistry are the compulsory subjects in HSC. In the elective courses, you can either choose maths or biology.

In class 12th, Mandatory Subjects are: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Candidate must have secured minimum 55% aggregate in mandatory subjects and must have secured 50% marks in one of the language papers.
