Yes, for the first two years, you have to take courses in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Earth Science. I don't think that it's a problem even if you don't have biology in class 12th, the faculty at IISER-Pune is aware of this and are more than capable of accounting for it. Don't be surprised if, at the end of two years, you end up loving biology.

If you are not a bonafide Maharashtrian then you might not be eligible for admission as cut-off goes from 90-95%. If you are Maharashtrian then your percentage may land you in this college.

Yes, you can. Most of the colleges grant admission through the entrance exam . Besides, there are many private colleges that give admission directly, so your marks do not matter.

Hi,
Selection is based on UPCATET. The candidate must have passed intermediate in Agri. Science/PCB/PCM/PCMB. Final admission of the students will be done based on the cut-off percentage of marks. For General & OBC category candidates, the cut-off percentage marks in UPCATET is 20% whereas for SC & ST candidates, the minimum required aggregate is 10%.

Yes, you can apply for B.Sc (Hons) in Physics in Scottish Church College. Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2. Interested candidates can apply online with required information.
