Yes, you are eligible. The eligibility criteria for Jadavpur University for B.Sc math is candidates need to have passed 10+2 examination from any recognized board in science with mathematics and best of any two subjects from Chemistry, Statistics, Physics, Geography, Computer Science and with a minimum average of 75% marks in average in the aforementioned three subjects. Lateral entry is difficult to obtain in foreign universities; you have to check with the universities directly. It will be more challenging in Canada, since you have a three-year degree, whereas they don't accept three-year degree, but accept four years. You will be accepted only if all credit point requirements are met.

B.Sc Agriculture or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture is an undergraduate Agriculture Science and Technology course. The duration of this course is four years. Candidate must have passed class 12th with PCB with at least 50% to 60%. As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission good government college to pursue B.Sc. Agriculture in Tamil Nadu after scoring 140 cutoff marks in +2 exam, so my suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in that college which accept your score.
