Yes, you can apply for forensic science. All candidates having bachelor's degree in science engineering pharmacy., forensic science can do the course. You are eligible they are asking for 60%.

Different colleges will provide you with different percentages in the list. The cut off for this course in the first list was 96.67% for Miranda House College.

Since complete details are not furnished, (for B.Tech) the eligibility of the course is that the candidate should have passed in 10+2 with Science stream in any recognised board.

Presidency University, Kolkata and Bangalore are two different universities. I represent Presidency University, Bangalore, and I have very little information on the Kolkata one. I would recommend you ask the Kolkata people.
