B.Sc Mathematics is best option in Diploma & Bachelor's degree.
In my opinion go with B.Sc Mathematics Honours.
Rest can be leave on your Interest :)

You need to have completed your B Tech or BE in the streams like electronics, electrical, computer Science or mechanical engineering. You need to have aggregate score of 60% and above throughout your career.

I think it depends on your interest & dreams. what you want to become?
An Engineer or Lecturer or something else.
if You want to become an engineer then you should do B. tech & if you are interested in other things then go with B.Sc.
