B.Sc Microbiology is an upcoming course. You have lot of options after this course. You can do M.Sc. Or Ph.D. also after this and go in for some research. You can apply abroad also as microbiologist are in great demand these days outside India also.

There are many opportunities in these courses like you can go for Ph.D. or research in chemistry, biochemistry and microbiology. As per the current scenario, you should opt for biochemistry. It will provide a lot of opportunities in both government as well as private sector.

Hi,
To get into a B-School your Daughter needs to write some entrance exams. Based on the scores of which she can expect calls from various college. Some colleges do have management quotas but that could turn into an expensive affair. Still, you can easily find plenty of those colleges.

Yes, you can get admission in Manipal University with 86% marks in class 12th board. For getting admission, you need to visit the campus and fill up the application for B.Sc microbiology. They will guide you in all the steps of admission.

For microbiology field, you will need to head towards the research centers and keep on looking for certain government vacancies that are released time to time. Whereas, if you opt for Nursing, you will have ample opportunities to get hired in the government sector. Hope this helps.

The Duration of B.Sc (Microbiology/ Botany/ Chemistry) is three year duration in any Indian university as per UGC Guidelines. You should have HSC as an eligibility for that.
