The Vimala College, Thrissur placement report has not been out for 2025. As per the NIRF report 2024 released by the college, the median package offered during UG 3-year and PG 2-year placements 2023 stood at INR 3 LPA and INR 3.47 LPA, respectively.  

School of Sciences, Jain Deemed-to-be University, Bangalore offers decent placements to its BSc Hons in Forensic Science students annually. The institute has achieved 72% placements recently. The the highest and the lowest package offered was INR 18 LPA and INR 7 LPA, respectively.

University of Agricultural Sciences is yet to release the course-specific placement data for BSc Hons departments. In the meantime, students can check out the NIRF report released by the university. As per the report, a total of 104 UG four-year students were placed during the 2023 placements. Moreover,  the median salary offered to UG four-year students stood at INR 5.5 LPA.

Cut-off: For General category, the CUET score cut-off is usually around 520–530 marks. For reserved categories, it can be a bit lower.

Placements: The course has decent placements mainly in hospitals and cancer treatment centers. Average starting salaries are around INR 2–4 Lacs per year, and higher packages are possible in private hospitals or with experience.

According to the reviews, around 60% of students get placed from the BSc department. Moreover, the average package generally offered to these students ranges from INR 5 to 7 LPA. Apart from this, as per NIRF 2023, the median package secured by UG 3-year during 2022 was INR 3 LPA.
