If you ask about the scope, everything is booming. Each of the courses has it's own importance. But, preferably B.Sc in microbiology and biotechnology are very much known nowadays. Biochemistry have heard, but not sure how many people actually turn up for it. Microbiology and biotechnology is surely coming up and will be reaching high in future. All the best.

Either, you can go for research by doing M.Sc and Ph.D. or you can do MBA if you're more of a business person.

After B.Sc, you can do either M.Sc in hospitality management or MBA in hospitality management, you are eligible for both. Good luck.
