Good question, but the choice of higher studies is purely based on your decision. Higher studies are purely based on also what kind of a job or role or position you are looking out for. Dear friends, as per my knowledge and experience, there are many good options after completing your graduation and post-graduation in chemistry. If you want to go for teaching, you can do it. There will be age for school level, or you can go for NET exam for university. And, if you want to join any corporate world, then you can also join many good pharmaceutical companies, which will help you to have a bright future.

One should choose M.FTech only if they have ample interest in Apparel/Textile & Fashion industries. It is mostly about Apparel/Textile production. It deals with the technical aspects of garment/textile industry, in addition with brushes of knowledge about the fashion industry. If one has a B.Tech background, it will be much better. If you get one of the top centres, placement will not be a problem. You should not keep high expectations as you may get started with just 4-5 LPA.
