Biotech is very niche field and has very specific jobs with decent salary. B.Sc is decent but doesn't pay high salaries. B.Tech is highly technical into engineering and offers streams like mechanical, IT, Electronic and telecommunication, Metallurgy, Civil, etc. with high salaries if done from top colleges.
