After B.Sc Nursing, there are many options available to build a career in your desired field. You may go for courses such as :
-General Nursing Program
-General Nursing & Midwifery
-Hospital Nursing
-Military Nursing
-Pediatric Nursing
-Orthopedic Nursing
-Psychiatric Nursing
You may even go for M.Sc nursing, MBA or MPH (Public Health).

You can look at it with two perspectives. One for the job perspective and one for doing something creative.
If I go with the job perspective, a lot of job openings are there for MCA students but pursuing an MCA after it will give you a lot of advantages while applying for MNCs.
Looking at the skills perspective, if you dream to be an app developer then you can jump start into app development. There are a number of courses available online like Coursera, Udacity, Udemy, etc. for learning.

I am afraid but you are not eligible for M.Tech. You must complete post graduation course before applying for M.Tech. Since you have completed Bachelor of Science, it would be necessary that you also complete Master of Science to apply for M.Tech course.
Master of Technology is post graduation course which is taken after completing Bachelor of Technology. The B.Sc students have two options to apply for M.Tech. You can either complete M.Sc as I mentioned earlier.
