B.Tech is a professional degree/ course whereas B.Sc is not a professional course but it is a simple/regular degree. These days we have many branches available for B.Tech. You can repeat your one year with maths as a subject. You can give the exam of maths next year. You only need to give a single exam of maths. For the same year, it is not possible.

Either start from the beginning by completing BA/B.Sc Psychology from an accredited university and then completing MA/M.Sc followed by M.phil/Ph.D in the same discipline to get RCI certification or You can directly opt for Master's degree programme since you have already done graduation.
