Its depends on course and college. Most of the colleges do not have any entrance exam for B.Sc program.

It solely depends on your choice that you love technology or pure Science so first make it sure because your Mains scores arena't so bad there are chances that they may fetch you a NIT or iiit or a government college of engineering but that is of no use if you don't love technology if you are interested in Science go for B.Sc. Because that also has a vivid scope and you may get chance to go to foreign Universities for Masters. So
