Yes, if you have cleared your class 12th supplementary exam, then you are eligible for getting admission for this course. But, it can only be possible after clearing your class 12th supplementary exam.

No, B.Sc and Diploma holder result are declared late every year. You must be shown 2nd year result during verification. You will be submitted your final year result in college when declare.
