You do have the eligibility criteria to apply for the course, but I am not sure about the merit listing.

If you have completed your 10+2 from a recognized education board with minimum 40% marks, you can certainly apply for B.Sc in fashion design in NCD Chennai. The admission will be based on a personal interview wherein your aptitude for the course will be determined.
