Every college is different and hence their admission criteria also varies. Please confirm the university name in which you want to enrol or you can also check the eligibility criteria of the course on their official website. But you can apply for Delhi University, there are chances you may get admission in 3rd cut-off.

After B.Sc Agriculture, you can work as:
Agriculture development officer, Administrative posts in government and non-government organizations. Self Employed (Establishing agriculture based small industries)
You can also join pvt. companies as sales officer or technical representatives in pesticide, fertilizer, SEED and irrigation systems companies etc. I would like to recommend you that you should pursue your B.Sc Agriculture, from a well renowned, reputed nationally or state wise university, in which chances of visit by agricultural companies is more for placements sessions.
