After doing B.Sc in chemistry, botany and zoology, you can pursue M.Sc in any of these subjects. You can also think of doing your B.Ed; which will make you eligible for teaching in high schools. The options are vast and many. Once your post graduation is done prepare well for you NET/JRF/SLET; qualifying which will make you eligible for lectureship. After B.Ed, if you also do your M.Ed, you will be eligible for teacher training institutes. You can also think of studying genetics or other super specialized fields like plant anatomy, physiology, floriculture, neurobiology, biotechnology and biochemistry.

An MBA will help you seek a job in non technical fields.
There is an ample score for both M.Sc in chemistry as well as MBA.
