Most foreign universities do not have a placement cell, however, they help the students prepare for recruitment drives held outside college, like CV preparation, interview questions practice etc. You should be able to find out which colleges have a placement cell by downloading their brochure, from the web page mentioned below.

Selection Procedure for MBA
Candidates will be short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD and PI) on the basis of CAT Percentile. The MBA Admission Committee may decide the minimum CAT Percentile as short listing criteria for different categories. Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) will be conducted at the Institute

1) Eligibility Of the Master of Computer Applications [M.C.A]
Graduation in any stream is the basic eligibility for MCA. The eligibility for qualifying marks in graduation differs from institute to institute. Most of the institutes require 45 to 50 % aggregate in qualifying exam for taking admission. Reserved categories get some relaxation in aggregate percentage.
