The eligibility for B.Sc is as follows:
10+2 class passed with science (PCB) & English Core/English elective with an aggregate of 45% from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent board.
Students appearing in 10+2 examination in science stream conducted by National Institute of Open Schooling with 45%.
The student shall be medically fit.

Admission to all the courses in agricultural science are done through entrance examination. These exams are conducted by the concerned institute/university.
Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi conduct an entrance examination separately for graduate and postgraduate courses. The eligibility requirement for the exam is class 12th pass in science/agriculture with 50% for graduate-level courses, and 60% in B.Sc/B.Sc (Agriculture) for postgraduate level courses.
