Both of these courses have their own advantages. While students who are interested in the field of internet or database operations can opt for B.Sc IT, those who want to pursue a career in computer applications, programming and software should go for a BCA.

Please refer to the link provided below for a detailed list of courses offered by various colleges in M.Sc. You should be able to choose a stream of your own choice, as there are numerous courses. You should pursue a course where your interests lie. Almost all B.Sc courses have similar scope and if you want to pursue M.Sc in agriculture, you should do so.

Eligibility for B.Sc courses are as follows:
1) Students with 50% in HSC examinations from a recognized education board with science stream can opt for a course in B.Sc.
2) Normally, 50% marks are required at HSC level, however this percentage may vary from state to state or from institute to institute. Few colleges also conduct entrance exams as well.

Well, to qualify for a scholarship, one has to do well in his/her studies. Universities/Institutes award scholarships to only the top scorers in their respective fields of study. To know the exact requirements to qualify for a scholarship in an institute of your choice, you should check with the target institute or download their brochure which will help you gain insight into the scheme of scholarships of that particular institute.
