Also, if you want to make a career in accounts field then it is better to go for B.Com. Else, for teaching field, you can do B.Sc.
Both fields have equal opportunities in terms of career prospects.

Why do you want to do B.Tech? You should go for M.Sc. You will get good career prospects as M.Sc has a good scope. You will be able to complete this course in 2 years. It will save your 2 years as B.Tech is a 4 year course.
