Of course you are eligible. But there is difference between eligible & getting Admission. Your 64% is bit on the lower side compared with trends. Apply and wait for results.

alternatively you may pursue B.Sc from IGNOU and can get credit transfer for all the subjects passed from Mumbai University. you may opt a new college under Mumbai university who may ask you to attend only practicals and skip theory lectures.
