Yes pursuing MBA is a good option after graduation. As you already gained technical knowledge. You can learn some managing and analytical skills required in corporate world. Based on your interest you can look for Marketing/HR/Operational.

Candidates must have passed Gujarat HSC/CBSE/ICSE Examination (10+2) or equivalent examination from the Science stream with English as one of the subjects. The test's marks are relative to every year.

Yes you can go for MBA after B.Sc in food technology. You can pursue MBA in any field of your interest like Marketing/HR/Operations. MBA gives you an opportunity to showcase your abilities at managerial level. MBA is altogether a different playing field.

There are no restrictions as both are of the same course. Even one of the person I know has done his B.Sc in hospitality and later did MBA in hospitality and is living his life very happily. There is no such confusion and hence, you can pursue B.Sc in hospitality management and then, MBA.

Obviously B.Sc in agriculture is having more scope than B.Tech biotechnology. Please go for B.Sc in agriculture.
