It entirely depends upon where your interests lie and career goals. Both are equally rewarding, only if done from a good college. My suggestion though is BBA.

Yes, definitely you can do this. But if you want to crack NEET, you have to keep the B.Sc course aside and focus only on NEET preparation.

Hmm. Two degrees simultaneously? Perhaps yes. But not as student of a college. BA & B.Sc? Also what about studying for so many subjects? Time for them? But if you are really interested then I feel you should take admission for say B.Sc in a college and start doing BA from distance learning program say from IGNOU.
