No, you can't do it after completing B.Sc. You can get admission in MCA in NITs. For Masters, you must have a graduation degree.

Yes, you can opt for MBA, HR will be a better option to go for after having work-ex in teaching field. You can target for TISS-NET as TISS is best known B-school for HR, offers many courses related to sociology and economics.

Yes, Bachelor's in hospitality is good option before opting for MBA in Hospitality. KIMI-Khandala is even accredited by University of Birmingham. Prior experience and knowledge in the field of Hospitality management will be very helpful.
