If you are focused that you want to go for research field up to PhD then integrated programme will be better.
Otherwise according to me, you can consider these options in Bachelor's degree:

You have a large number of options beside engineering and science degrees after PCM (10+2) stage. Following are career options for PCM students after 12th class:
(a) Engineering
(b) BCA
(c) BSc IT/CS
(d) BSc Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Statistics
(e) B.Architecture
(f) BBA, BMS, BBE, etc.
(g) Five years integrated law
(h) NDA
(i) SCRA
(j) Merchant Navy
(k) Fashion Designing
(l) Hotel Management
You can also change your stream to commerce, economics, humanities, etc. You may choose any based on your interest to excel in professional life.
